Dr Zoe Woodruff (she/her)

Clinical Psychologist - Mornington

Zoe is a clinical psychologist with a special interest in a non-pathologising approach to women's health, and mental health care more broadly. She has 8 years experience in a variety of settings including public health, community health, schools and private practice.

Her interest in eating disorders and body image concerns stems from values of social justice and empowerment and the belief that mental health can be more richly understood when viewed through a social and cultural lens.

Zoe strives for her therapeutic practice to be experienced as a collaborative partnership and she largely draws from CBT, ACT/Mindfulness, Narrative therapy and the Health at Every Size (HAES) paradigm, in her approach. She is dedicated to applying the principles of evidence based practice in her work.
